Our signature hard-shell suitcases are crafted from 100% German polycarbonate, a material renowned for its lightweight, durable, and flexible properties. This ensures it can absorb impact without cracking.
The warranty covers any functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles, and zippers for a decade after your purchase. It does not cover cosmetic damage like scratches or stains.
From the day you receive your TerraTrek bag, you have 100 days to travel with it. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return it for a full refund. We even cover the return shipping.
We're fast! Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours. For metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore, delivery takes 2-3 business days. For other locations, please allow 4-6 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Your lock is preset to 0-0-0. To set your own combination, open the lock, press the small reset button (usually next to the dials) with a pen until it clicks, set your desired code, and then push the main opening button or slider. Your new combination is now set!
For the exterior hard shell, use a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap to wipe away any dirt. For the interior lining, spot cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners to maintain the integrity of the materials.
