Order Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We can only process changes or cancellations for orders that have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

Returns, Refunds & 100-Day Trial

We offer a 100-day trial on our luggage. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 100 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to our return policy guidelines. Products must be returned in good condition, with all original parts. All return requests require proof of purchase.

The TerraTrek name, logo, and all related product names, designs, and slogans are the intellectual property of TerraTrek. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Warranty & Liability

Our hard-shell suitcases are covered by a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in the shell. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, misuse, or damage caused by airlines. Our liability for any product purchased is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
